Professional Responsibility

Any clinical use, patient-facing application, or integration into institutional standards of practice requires review, adaptation, approval, and supervision by qualified authorities within the receiving institution.

Those decisions remain within the responsibility, qualifications, governance structures, and legal scope of the participating professionals and host institution.

Use With Participants

Any use of Academy or DESG material with participants must respect voluntary participation, informed consent, confidentiality, local law, professional scope of practice, safeguarding duties, referral obligations, and the participant's right to pause, stop, decline an exercise, or leave.

Evaluation Boundary

Academy and DESG evaluation is project evaluation unless a separately reviewed research protocol exists.

It is not clinical proof, treatment evidence, or a guarantee of effectiveness.

DEWA should receive only anonymized or aggregated evaluation information by default. Do not send participant names, contact details, diagnoses, personal stories, signatures, medical records, therapy records, or identifiable incident details.
